Channel Manager


We are looking for an experienced Channel Manager to accelerate our success with strategic channel partners. As part of the role, you will be focused on managing and nurturing the relationships, educating the partners and their sales team on the offering and positioning to end customers.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Evaluate each partner’s business model and develop joint strategies that align with their unique objectives
Work with partners to identify target accounts, generate selling strategies, conduct lead generation activities, and identify/nurture opportunities through closure
Implement strategies to source and generate revenue from resellers while ensuring that the end-customers can achieve their business goals and continue to grow with us
Work cross functionally with teams including Marketing, Product and Customer Success to create the best customer experience in the early stages of funnel building


5+ years of proven track record of B2B Business Development / Sales of SaaS Solutions to the enterprise market and strategic accounts
3+ years with a proven track record of managing channel partners and/or selling through the channel, including experience with facilitating onboarding as well as managing and generating pipeline
Experience engaging with C-Level Executives as well as experience with outbound sales strategies
Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills with the capacity to effectively convey the company’s unique value proposition to current and prospective partners and customers
