Customer Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. The Customer Solutions Engineer shall demonstrate an in-depth technical understanding of the system to provide top-level technical support in every step of the customers’ life cycle while working closely with the product and R&D teams.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Engage with customer technical teams while providing top tier support
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying potential causes and resolutions
Clearly communicate issues and insights to internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with R&D and product teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
Help develop and execute deployment plans


Hands-on experience in technical customer service / system administrator / network administrator
Experience supporting systems on Linux & Windows platforms
Experience with SQL, NoSQL DB and data analysis
Proficient in troubleshooting, monitoring and managing TCP/IP networks
Proven strong technical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot system and applications flows, dive deep into complex problems & find their root cause
Experience with scripting languages such as python, bash, PowerShell, etc.
Team player, self-sufficient, autodidact and a friendly attitude
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment (preferably start-up company)
