Demand Generation Manager

SecuriThings is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for optimizing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation in support of corporate goals as well as focus on driving measurable results through our website, email, paid channels, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Own the demand generation strategy to maximize awareness, lead generation and pipeline revenue.
Develop and maintain a functional content calendar including blog calendar based on audience insights, keyword research, messaging themes, and campaign plans.
Own creation and implementation of a content strategy, including the development of themes/topics, content creation, curation, and distribution with the end goals of driving awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, and ongoing customer success.
Executing, analyzing, and optimizing demand generation strategies to meet acquisition and revenue goals, including a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, social, email, retargeting, paid advertising etc.).
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders on campaign themes, plans, and assets.
Implement creative and effective ideas for creating awareness and bringing new leads into the funnel through online campaigns, lead generation vendors, technical webcasts, engaging email campaigns, etc.
Analyzing all aspects of the conversion funnel and identifying optimization to maximize results.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing and/or Demand Generation role.
Proven experience leading and executing inbound marketing programs.
Proven experience scaling demand generation programs (e.g., inbound marketing, outbound marketing, lead nurturing, account-based marketing, etc.)
Ability to clearly analyze activity, report, and recommend improvements.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot/HubSpot).
Experience working with website, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress).
Results-driven individual; master demand-gen and lead-gen KPIs.
Experience working with B2B SaaS products an advantage.
Excellent communicator, orally and written.
English fluent/mother-tongue level is a must.
