Director of Business Development


We are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to target and develop new opportunities into paying customers. You will be responsible for market / industries expansion and penetration into already served industries through new business opportunities and new logos.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel the company’s partnerships and customer pipeline
Collaborate with teammates (Account Executives and Channel Managers) to develop targeted lists and define approach strategies to drive new opportunities
Utilize industry knowledge and existing network to search relevant accounts, identify key players and create initial communication with stakeholders
Outbound prospect to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling, etc.


5+ years of proven track record of B2B Business Development / Sales of SaaS Solutions to the enterprise market and strategic accounts
Experience with channel sales/management – big advantage
Proven and reference-able track record developing new business and delivering revenue growth through direct sales
Experience in conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (C-Level, VP/Director) in target accounts and ability to influence decision makers
Self-starter with strong business acumen and desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills with the capacity to effectively convey the company’s unique value proposition to prospective partners and customers
Ability for frequent domestic and international travels
