Director, Channel Success

This multifaceted role is key to the overall development and success of our SecuriThings’ go-to-market (GTM) efforts and continued growth.  In this role you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with key channel partners, strategic customers/prospects and other organizations in the IoT ecosystem for a given geographic region.  Through these efforts you will educate channel partners, identify new opportunities, explore strategic relationships, liaise between channel partners and SecuriThings, and assist in closing new opportunities in coordination with the SecuriThings’ sales team.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

The ability to interact with channel partner leadership to shape strategy and execution of key GTM initiatives
Educating channel partners and other stakeholders about our products, solutions, and vision
Articulating the business impact of our solutions to relevant stakeholders
Building consensus among internal and external organizational groups to invest in initiatives that drive new customer acquisition
Articulating business and technical challenges to relevant stakeholders
Foresight and planning skills to identify and guide new opportunities to grow channel partner revenue and success
Managing process, workflows, and reporting to measure success and opportunities for improvement
Attendance of key events and tradeshows to foster new channel relationships and represent our organization
Driving key top-of-funnel and closed business KPIs

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Management of the “top of funnel” pipeline
Experience in training and education of cutting-edge, category-creating SaaS software
Strong collaboration skills as a member of a cohesive GTM team
Management of channel pipeline metrics, reports and dashboards
2+ years of software channel sales experience
2+ years of experience in Physical Security
Shared and direct sales quota carrying experience is a plus.
