HR & Operations Manager


SecuriThings is seeking an experienced HR & Operations Manager to join our US team. In this position you will collaborate with employees and managers at all levels and provide great service to help the company grow and achieve its business goals. You will be responsible for delivering end to end HR & Operations solutions by working on cross org processes such as recruitment, onboarding, company culture, and various business initiatives.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Lead a full cycle recruiting process for multiple openings from sourcing through interviews to offer negotiations, by working closely with internal colleagues and external vendors, and while facilitating superb candidate experience
Manage an end to end onboarding process from IT & office equipment and welcome gifts through internal communication to onboarding plans preparation with the hiring managers
Manage employee life-cycle activities (onboarding, offboarding and day to day activities) including maintaining payroll and other systems
Be the HR & Operations focal point for all employees and managers in the US for all matters, including policies implementation, travels and flights, expenses, periodic status reviews, and overall employee wellbeing
Build and manage an office culture program to ensure the team feels valued and engaged to the global company
Operate all social activities in collaboration with the Israeli team such as happy hours, special holidays, events, etc
Manage all operations activities that are required for business events such as conferences, webinars, team meetings, etc
Responsible for office maintenance (when relevant), logistics and supplies (rental, kitchen, IT, equipment)


2+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing/ interviewing/ negotiating/ closing candidates, especially of sales positions, preferably for B2B SAAS companies
Strong interpersonal skills, well organized with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Self-management skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
