Office Manager & HR Admin – Student Position

Tel Aviv

We’re looking for a people person who is detail-oriented, creative, and excellent at multitasking. This is a
great opportunity to gain experience and a taste of the industry and enjoy a homely environment.

What you'll do:

Ongoing administrative operations management of the company's office.
Provide general administrative support to our employees and maintain internal HR systems and databases.
Quickly and efficiently coordinate interviews for candidates, support our recruitment team and assist with HR tasks.
Take part in the Offboarding/Onboarding process of new employees.
Take part in planning and executing the company's activities and events- Happy Hours, Company Events, gifts, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative and\or customer service role.
Able to multitask and adapt to frequently changing business requirements.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Structure and process-oriented with great attention to detail.
High level of English (Speaking and Writing).
Good level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
