R&D Program Manager

SecuriThings is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our R&D team. In this position you will plan and lead the R&D releases, including fostering and overseeing work plans and schedules, controlling deliverables, synchronizing all stakeholders, and providing status updates. You will be responsible for end to end program management, in terms of scope, quality, resources, and risk management as well as a timeline and organizational release readiness. During your work you should be focused on effective collaboration across all R&D teams, define appropriate delivery processes and make sure the R&D group achieves its goals on a timely manner.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Work with the Product and R&D teams to plan, manage, and prioritize all R&D work plans, including resource allocation, defined deliverables, and timeline, as part of the defined Release Lifecycle.
Synchronize all relevant stakeholders such as CTO, Product and Customer Solutions on the agreed work plans and remove potential release impediments.
Build and implement agile processes to ensure the R &D group meets its objectives for the short and long term.
Track the team progress based on the defined work plans and quality parameters, and address challenges, potential delays, and other issues.
Work and analyze data from the teams & Jira, to provide insights, raise flags, and periodically present status to management using relevant tools and dashboards.
Conduct on-going meetings including advanced agenda, meeting summery and action items to ensure all relevant stakeholders are on track and gain organizational readiness for Release/Delivery
Be the one individual who can address all delivery and program related topics


3+ years of experience in an agile software development environment as a program /delivery manager or equivalent role
Experience of fostering and improving collaboration across teams and implement agile processes
Knowledge of software development practices, experience working with highly technical teams
Knowledge base in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Monday)
Excellent problem-solving, decision making, well-organized, and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
A team player with a "can-do" attitude, passionate about delivering quality products that meet customer expectations
Experience of working in startup and scale-up environments – An Advantage
Self-management skills and ability to work well both independently and in collaboration with executives and middle management
