Sales Engineer


SecuriThings is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team.  In this role you will be a technical guide for our category-creating IoTOps platform and will partner with the sales team to plan, prepare and execute on new opportunities.  In collaboration with the sales team, you will work to understand customers’ technical requirements and highlight our product’s ability to meet these needs.  This includes delivering customized software demonstrations, answering technical and product related questions, and building evaluation and onboarding plans. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers’ needs and expectations are understood for the purposes of shaping our product roadmap.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Serve as the customer-facing technical expert for our market-leading SaaS platform for IoT observability and operations.
Lead product demonstrations throughout the sales cycle, including customizing demo journeys for specific and important use cases while ensuring a successful match between customer pain points and our solution.
Support and collaborate with Account Executives and Channel Managers in the discovery process.
Support and collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding from prospect to customer.
collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering and Implementation stakeholders.
Ensure demo environments are ready to meet needs for customer meetings and prospect interactions.


2+ years of Technical expertise in ITOps, DevOps, monitoring or other related technical fields.
An understanding of modern SaaS application architectures.
Knowledge of IT networking and service management workflows a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2+ years experience in training and educating cutting-edge SaaS software.
Strong collaboration skills as a member of a cohesive Sales team.
Indirect or direct sales quota carrying experience is a plus.
