Sales Operations Manager

SecuriThings is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As our Sales Operations Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the company’s customer base and revenue. You will play a pivotal role, while working closely with sales team, marketing, and other departments in the company.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

Work cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing & operations to optimize sales results and implement processes
Oversee the sales funnel & forecasting - make sure contacts are moving through the company’s sales funnel smoothly, track conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyze pertinent data and provide recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance
Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Sales Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development
Determine how sales opportunities are tracking vis-à-vis the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving
Help build and implement systems, reports, dashboards, and processes to measure metrics and KPIs
Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources to assist the sales team in accomplishing company’s goals
Lead a coherent implementation of the CRM system across the sales and marketing team, ensure the CRM data is up to date, preform audit data for consistency, setup automations and manage custom fields and data
Work closely with operations/ legal / finance department to ensure smooth and timely matter processes such as quotes, invoicing, collection, renewals etc.
Assist with on-boarding new sales reps


2+ years of successful sales operations experience (SaaS experience preferred)
Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within the company (sales, marketing, operations, product, team leads, VPs, and others)
Experienced with configuration and administration of Salesforce, and comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
Familiarity with HubSpot – big advantage
High proficiency with Excel
Self-management skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment (preferably start-up company)
Good level of English (writing and speaking)
