Demand Gen Manager

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns. Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and take action from campaign data.
- Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in cybersecurity, physical security, or IT infrastructure is a plus.
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
- Own and execute demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and opportunities across key segments and regions.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, ABM, and content syndication.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign goals.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Create and manage lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the funnel effectively.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing operations to ensure accurate lead attribution, reporting, and Salesforce/HubSpot integration.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve performance.
