QA Automation Team Lead
Tel Aviv
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Automation Team Lead to join our R&D leadership team, manage and mentor the QA & Automation team and lead the quality assurance efforts in the company.
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the QA automation team, while providing direction, mentorship, and support
Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and guidelines across the company
Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts to ensure product quality
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA automation strategy aligned with our product goals
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our QA processes and tools
Establish yourself as the focal point for QA automation across the company, executing best practices and driving consistency in QA efforts
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a QA engineer and strong Automation orientation
At least 3 years of experience in leading a QA team
Experience using Selenium - Must
Experience in Java/ Python/ C# - Must
Experience with API testing tools (such as Postman) - Must
Strong technical knowledge in QA processes and testing methodologies
Excellent technical skills at identifying bugs and solving complex problems
Knowledge of networking protocols and using network analysis tools
Experience working with any of the major cloud providers- Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
DB & SQL experience/knowledge
Experience with Docker containers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills in English
