Solution Engineer
Tel Aviv
We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer with a strong technical aptitude along with a proven track record of customer facing roles. As a Solution Engineer you will deal with complex technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction, while working closely with the account managers, product and R&D teams.
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:
Become an expert in the company’s platform - with strong focus on the technical aspect of the product
Be the technical frontline for all customers’ needs from the deployment stage throughout the entire customer lifecycle
Provide world-class support by taking ownership of customer issues from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting the issue, determining root cause, ensuring that the customer understands the resolution and communicating it clearly to internal stakeholders
Provide product feedback and insights to the business and product teams
Write documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to improve the customer experience
Contribute to the development of our implementation and support policies and procedures
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer/ Solution Engineer/ Implementation engineer in a product based company. Experience in leading and managing projects and interfaces is a big advantage
High proficiency with Linux and Windows based applications (Installation, troubleshooting, debugging)
Extensive networking knowledge (TCP\IP, DNS, Load-balancers, network security) and proven experience using network analysis tools to monitor and troubleshoot issues
Ability to understand and troubleshoot systems and applications flows, dive deep into complex problems & perform root cause analysis
Experience with Docker or other container based technologies
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, PRTG, etc..)
Scripting skills (Python, Shell), Automation (Ansible) - an Advantage
Team player, self-sufficient, autodidact and a friendly attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
