Refer A Friend Stories

SecuriThings places great importance on hiring the best-fit talent and encourages all employees to contribute to this effort. We see all employees as SecuriThings ambassadors, who can truly and authenticaly share what it’s like to work here with their friends.

Through our “Refer a Friend” program, employees who bring in new hires can select a non-profit organization for SecuriThings to make a donation too. We actively engage with these associations through a variety of activities, including brief meetings to establish rapport and participation in volunteering events.

Since the program launched SecuriThings has donated hundreds of thousands of shekels to various non-profit organizations.

Dana & Maor
Dana & Maor
Dana and Maor first met in sixth grade when Maor joined Dana's scouts group. Their friendship continued until they parted ways after graduation. Years later, they reconnected at a friends' gathering, where Maor mentioned he had recently changed careers and was job hunting. When an opening arose, Dana promptly recommended Maor for the role. Since then, Maor has become a vital member of the Connector team.
Gil & Ravid
Gil & Ravid
Gil and Ravid met at Tel Aviv University back in 2016. After graduating, Gil went on to work in the Israeli military for several years while Ravid pursued a career in law. Within a few years of each other, they both decided to break into the high tech sector and found their ways back to one another in 2022 when Ravid referred Gil to the open “Product Manager” position. They donated to the ‘Educating for Excellence’ association.
Aviv & Noya
Aviv & Noya
Aviv and Noya grew up together and have been family friends for as long as they can remember. Their professional paths intertwined last year when SecuriThings’ HR team began to expand and Aviv immediately referred Noya for the position of “Talent Acquisition Specialist”. They have now been working together for over a year and a half and continue to build new memories together both in and out of the office. They donated to the ‘A Girlfriend Left Behind’ association.
Itay & Isaac
Itay & Isaac
Itay and Isaac first met in high school while sitting about 4 feet away from each other in homeroom. They quickly became inseparable and would eventually go on to schedule weekly diving trips to Eilat until they graduated from high school. After they both individually completed their army services, they jumped at the opportunity to develop their friendship professionally and now once again sit about 4 feet away from each other.
Yael & Ravid
Yael & Ravid
In 2000, Yael joined the Israeli girls scouts program and was assigned to a unit which at the time was led by Ravid. This mentorship was reignited when over 20 years later, Ravid stumbled upon Yael’s Facebook post about looking for a job. Within a few weeks, the pair were once again working side by side on projects where Yael now mentors employees and leads initiatives to promote the Learning and Development programs. They donated to the ‘Brothers for Life’ association.
Natalie & Elle
Natalie & Elle
Elle met up with Natalie in early 2022 at a cafe in Tel Aviv to learn about breaking into the world of marketing. After listening to Natalie speak about her career, Elle quickly applied to SecuriThings to learn from her. Now, the pair have been working together for about a year and a half and can be seen around the office bonding over their love of music, escape rooms, and the long list of classic movies that Elle has yet to see. They donated to the ‘Elem’ association.
